The Low Noise Block known as LNB has many types and their functions.

SINGLE -WAY LNB

A single-way LNB can be used to connect one receiver or decoder at a time because of it’s one output channel which is connected to a line of coaxial cable.

A TWO-WAY OR DUAL LNB

A Two-Way LNB is a type that has two output channels and can connect two decoders or receivers through coaxial cables to show multiple-TV channels in separate TV Sets.

A FOUR-WAY LNB

This is an LNB with four output channels and can connect four different receivers via coaxial cable to different TV sets.

EIGHT-WAY LNB

In the same manner this type has 8 output channel, and can be used as such.
